Rothmund-Thomson syndrome (RTS), is a rare autosomal recessive disorder, characterized by : skin photosensitivity, poikiloderma, sparse hair, sparse eyebrows/lashes, short stature, skeletal abnormalities, cataracts, and an increased risk of malignancy.
